I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were exactly as advertised, modern, spacious, and spotless, but unfortunately faced a noisy construction site starting early in the morning. The service was decent, with helpful staff, although a bit lacking in friendliness in some instances. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and amenities, but had some issues like a leaking ceiling. Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was perfect for our anniversary, complete with champagne and chocolates, although the view over a building site was not ideal. Compared to other hotels, the rooms were brilliant - clean, with good bathroom facilities.

The service at the hotel was fantastic. The door staff and cleaners were especially welcoming and accommodating. They were always there with big smiles to assist us. The staff was super helpful and really willing to help organize a customized visit in a short timeframe.

The location of the hotel was generally central, just a short taxi ride away from major attractions like the Waterfront, Table Mountain, and Bo Kaap Village. It was walking distance to the Bo-Kaap area but a bit far to walk to the V & A Waterfront.

The dining experience at the hotel was awesome. The restaurant on the 15th floor had incredible views that alone are a reason to stay here. The Swiss cheese they served was a culinary delight.
